Core Systems raises funds for Alzheimer’s Society

It was a busy 2015 for the Core Systems team as we raised £1,244.30 for the Alzheimer’s Society. Our fundraising ideas varied throughout the year and included fry-day Friday, Easter cake sale and raffle, Belfast City Half Marathon and the Alzheimer’s Society Memory Walk, to name just a few.

The funds we raised will go on to help those suffering with Alzheimer’s; to train professionals to manage their care, to fund research into the disease or even to help fund the dementia helpline.

The team also raised much needed funds for those effected by the Nepal Earthquake which shocked and devastated many. The charity committee also organised a food donation, to help those in need before Christmas. Throughout the month of December we encouraged all our staff to bring long-life food and cosmetics which we to donated to the Store House in Belfast.

Our charity committee would like to thank everyone who got involved and generously donated to our charity of the year.
